I offer a series of 8 coaching sessions for this program. Each session builds on the next one. I keep you accountable for all of your actions steps each week. The cost of this program is $525.
Personal Training:
1-hour In-Person Personal Training Sessions at Trails Recreation Center in SE Aurora. $55 per session

My clients have seen remarkable results, such as muscle augmentation, weight loss, and overall strength. My workouts are creative and utilize a variety of equipment to get lean and sculpted. You will never get bored with my variations in workouts!
Small Group Fitness Classes (Max of 8 Clients/Session):

Rev up your metabolism and lose weight with two exercise formats research has proven to help with weight loss:
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Using short bursts of maximum effort exercises followed by a short recovery, we can effectively get your heart rate up and burn more fat and calories in less time.
Strength Training: Strength training helps build muscle tissue. The more muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolic rate is. We will use weight training to put more muscle on all over your body.
HIIT the Weights is led by a certified personal trainer in a small group setting with the first half of the class being a HIIT workout and the second half being a weight workout. A variety of different tools, exercises, and choreography will be used for fun, yet challenging workouts.
