Follow Through Weight Loss Coaching is for women over 30, who are struggling to nail down the barriers that aren’t allowing them to follow through on their weight loss goals. In just 8 sessions, we get clear on what’s holding you back, work hard to train your willpower, and create doable goals around movement and eating.

Each Session is 40 minutes long and builds on the previous one. By the end of 8 weeks, you will have a plan for nutrition, movement, behavior change, stress management, as well as many other tips and tricks for staying on track and losing weight. You will be losing weight along this journey as well as having a plan to continue forward.
